Warranty Policy
OUR PROMISE
From the tip of the North to the very depths of the South, adventure after adventure we stand behind all of our products. We believe in our products and stand by the quality of workmanship and materials in each one. For 24 months from date of purchase our products are fully warrantied with proof of purchase to the original owner against defects in material and workmanship.
This Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damages caused by accident, improper use, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use. Likewise, abuse of product, improper handling or storage and disregard for the product care instructions are not covered.
If you believe your product has a defect in craftsmanship or you unfortunately had a bad day and require some repair or replacement work, please fill out the request form. If a warranty is approved, you are responsible for return shipping on the defective item but you will receive free shipping to the original shipping method you selected on your order.
