INSTALLATION & TENT UNFOLD LESSON:

- Costs $99 and takes 1 hour (we have a nice cozy waiting room available).
- Available at our Kumeu, Auckland based workshop.
- Installation & Lesson Times: 9am, 11am & 2pm. Tuesday to Saturday.
If it is not at all possible for you to fit within these allocations, please call us on 09 954 5672.
Please note, we are not open on Sundays.

- Time Required: around 15-30 minutes for installation. If you have the time (and we hope you do!) please allow a further 30 minutes for us to give you the full run-down on unfolding and caring for your new rooftop home.

WHAT FREIGHT SERVICES WE USE & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We use Mainfreight 2Home for large items (our rooftop tents) & NZ Post Courier for smaller items (our accessories, Bonus Rooms etc).

Rooftop Tent Shipping: 
- 'Depot Collection' Option: Our depot collection option is available from all major Mainfreight 2Home depots. Simply enter your address on the checkout page, and we will freight to your nearest Mainfreight 2Home Depot for collection.

You Will receive updates via email along the way, so you can follow the journey of your shipment. Along with an confirmation email & phone call from the Mainfreight 2Home team when your gear is ready to collect at the depot.

Delivery Estimates: 

- Auckland: 1-3 working days (starting at $49)

- North Island: 2-4 working days (starting at $59)

- South Island: 3-7 working days (starting at $129) 

 For further details on timing, please contact us. Please be advised the above shipping costs differ for Family Sized Crow's Nest Bundles & our Hawk's Nest Range. 

- When collecting your new rooftop home from the depot, please note the package is large and will require a trailer, or roof racks to transport. In most cases the package will NOT fit inside your vehicle.

- 'To Your Door' Option: Please contact us via email with your postal address for an accurate quote & delivery estimate to your door if depot collection isn't preferred. 

If you have your adventure planned and need to get your hands on your new Rooftop Tent pronto, we recommend going with 'Depot Collection' as this is the fastest & smoothest option and eliminates any waiting around for the on-forwarding  service to your door. 

Accessory & Smaller Item Shipping:
NZ Courier Post: 1-3 days (tracked) nationwide. Once you have entered your shipping address on the checkout page, a shipping cost will appear. Unfortunately, we can't post to PO Boxes. Rural delivery will take a tad longer (you're probably used to that).
